Overheated Wiring
This wire insulation is burned
The most likely cause of this overheating is poor connections. Poor wiring connections do not conduct electricity well and this resistance causes overheating. The other possibility is that the breakers themselves are bad. In either case it should be repaired by a licensed electrician.
