Condensate Leak
There is heavy rust damage inside this furnace
It's normal for exhaust gases to condense into liquid inside the flues of high-efficiency furnaces. It's not normal for that condensate liquid to leak out.
The drain system on this furnace isn't working, and the condensate liquid has corroded the inside of the furnace. There may be additional damage inside the furnace casing that can't be seen. Depending on what parts are damaged this could create a carbon monoxide hazard. An HVAC contractor needs to open up the furnace for a closer look before making repairs.
