Corroded Furnace
A bath is not good for a furnace
Air conditioners collect water as they operate; it's supposed to be collected in a pan and carried away in a drain pipe. The drain system on this air conditioner unit (just above the picture) has failed and water is leaking down onto the furnace. An HVAC contractor needs to open up the furnace and see how bad the corrosion is; if it's bad enough the furnace may need to be replaced.
