Pre-Drywall Inspections

This is your last chance to have Cornerstone Inspection check these critical systems of your new home while they're still visible:

• Framing
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC

This is sometimes called a 'framing inspection', 'rough-in inspection' or 'phase inspection'. The exterior shell should be weather-tight:

• doors and windows installed
• roof covering in place
• exterior walls wrapped or finish siding installed
• insulation not yet installed
