Most brand new houses have more than a dozen construction defects. Even if you didn't get your home inspected before you moved in, it might not be too late to have the builder make corrections. A one year warranty inspection will reveal problems that most home owners will not find on their own.

Schedule this inspection at least a month before the warranty expires.
