Thorough - I take the time to do the job right, usually scheduling only 1 inspection per day. Many inspectors do 3 or even 4 inspections in a single day.

Independent - The vast majority of home inspectors actively solicit and rely on referrals from real estate agents, creating a conflict of interest. I'm one of only a handful of truly Independent Home Inspectors in all of Colorado who have pledged not to market to real estate agents. I have no conflict of interest, allowing me to deliver an objective, unbiased report free from outside influences. I rely on referral business from satisfied buyers.
