Misplaced Support Column
Close may count in a game of horse-shoes, but not here
This structural column in a crawl space holds up the basement floor. The framing crew got sloppy, and didn't get the steel column centered on the concrete pier beneath it. The edge of the concrete could break off causing the floor to drop. The column simply needs to be moved over - a fairly straightforward repair.
