Damaged Pipes at Gas Meter
This is caused by a soil problem
The black waterproofing at the base of the concrete wall was originally covered with soil. As the soil settled it pulled down on the underground gas pipes and the meter. The pipe going through the wall is bent and could break (the red dashed line shows where it was originally). This needs immediate repair by a plumber.
