This is the foundation wall under a century-old house
Cracks inside the living space hinted at a major structural problem, but the foundation looked fine on the outside. A trip inside the crawl space revealed the source of the problems — the inside face of the foundation wall had fallen apart and turned into a pile of rubble. This repair will be a major structural challange.
